All passengers want highly paid and trained pilots, but they don't want to pay for it.
I want steak and lobster for dinner but I only want to pay $2. Guess what, I'm not getting it. Ground beef budget gets you ground beef. Rock bottom airfare gets you rock bottom pilots and training.
