Whatever the percentage is, those same folks have been talking about leaving Comair for the past 7 or so years. It's always an excuse though to why they don't leave. It's like they want to be a part of the "I'm getting the hell out of here" crowd, but they don't actually plan to do it. I agree there is nowhere to go right now, but when things get better and there are places to go, those folks get excited about staying and possible growth. How do you think so many of them got stuck as lifers?
