Hi,
I'm looking to non-rev between Amsterdam and Johannesburg sometime soon and was wondering if anyone has any experience with how easy this might be to do. I have Delta / Northwest pass benefits and have used them extensively internationally from the US but not in any kind of foreign hub.

How are the Customer Service Agents?
Are there any problems getting on the list and through security?
Is there anything else that I need to know?
