If you've ever flown an airplane, or been on an airplane that someone else was flying, then you might be qualified enough to apply.
The airline that is the example to the entire country of what is wrong with our industry, with questionable practices in nearly every aspect of its operation. And those Q400s they're getting to replace mainline and more reputable regional jobs... are being bought off the backs of Pinnacle pilots who are something like 4 years without a contract.
Sounds like a great place to me. Maybe I should apply.
