And under the new leadership at IBT, Amerijet went on strike, got incredible support from across the industry (including IPA...good on ya!!) and a contract.
In the past two months, besides Amerijet, they concluded a new non concessionary contract for the ATN Mechanics, brought back outsourced jobs at UAL, got a TA for SWA employees and added two new pilot groups, Southern Air and Cape Air, who just recertified the Airline Division after the NMB called for a revote due to management interference in last years vote.
Pretty interesting what can happen when you have leadership who is willing to engage management and find solutions that work and is also willing to take it to the mat when necessary.
