Say what? How do you furlough from a specific crew base?

Far as I know there are zero furloughs at Skywest. If they had em, they'd be calling them back first. They previously offered (before changing to their voluntary leave pilots) some of the spots to furloughed ASA pilots. Wouldn't have done that if they had furloughs of their own.

And about the second "interview", don't stress it guys. Frasca, CRM? It's not going to be hard if you have basic aviation skills and knowledge. Just do what they ask and be happy when you're finally in class. Getting hired by an airline isn't supposed to be a cake walk.
