Why? If you think it should be an integration because we are all one company, then why not go straight DOH? People made their shoice on where to go, students of mine took the 600tt shot at ASA, I instructed 18months, flew in AK, freightdogged for another year to get 2100TT before coming to Skywest, now I'm supposed to be junior to asa folks that went there because it was 600tt? I made my choice and I am junior to alot of my students, I'm happy with my decisions but I'll be hella ****ed if 600tt superwonders from asa boot me further down the list

Actually, the tables will turn for the SKW pilots, eventually. But what incentive will the Skywest ASA pilots have to help you guys then, because you did nothing to help them. Fair is Fair
I'll expect nothing from them if the tables turn, what could they possibly do? What can we possibly do? Shall I go tell chipaway that I want to be furloughed so asa fo's can come be retrained in the bro?

I understand what you're saying here about us all being Skywest just different paint but it's just not reality, if it were then I would expect every ASA pilot to strike until I get to keep my health benefits like they do and all ASA jet Fo' should strike until us Skywest Bro fo's get equal pay with them.
