"To the original poster of this thread: I am sorry that you have been in limbo. Although not as long as you, I also had to wait longer than I wanted or anticipated to have the opportunity. It caused my family great financial hardship but the sacrifice and wait was worth it. I can understand the frustration and anxiety you must have been through, especially over the last few weeks, however your comments are concerning at the bottom of your original post.
"Hate to say it, but this is the best thing they could do? The sign of great management. Times are tough. Hang in there folks."
You sound entitled and it doesn't come across well."
Trebor,
A VERY well written and articulated comment, but you HAVE taken my comments out of context Sir/Maam. I genuinely feel that Sky West has done the best they can in this situation and Camielle, Lori, and Liz have been awesome throughout my entire experience with SkyWest. Please read my comments again. I don't feel entitled to anything in this world. I'm lucky and greatful to have what I have, to have served my country for 22 years thus far, and for the 11500 hours of flying experience the lord has graced my logbook with. I'm sure I don't have the level of experience you have, but hopefully there will be a day I can sit to the right of you and you can teach me. I am a willing and able student. If you truley are the mature individual you say you are, I believe you owe me an apology. BTW, please see every post I have ever made on this site and you will notice I do not belittle people, throw stones, or make them feel less of a person than myself. PS- I will wait however long it takes for SkyWest to call me back for a class. I have two jobs currently, both flying, and am patient. Good luck to all my fellow poolies. Sky West is worth waiting for.
