ASA and Skywest pilots all work for the same company. It is no different than NWA and Delta. Except those pilots are merging onto one list. The Skywest pilots need to end the whipsaw and combine lists.
How do we go about that? It would be very difficult without a union at SKW which is a whole 'nother issue...
I would not be opposed to a "virtual list", which would allow transfers between lists. But it's not going to be a DOH list just in case you had any airways-esque misconceptions about that.
