For me, the ultimate insult is hearing OR tell us to "be professional" and keep 4a2b out of the cockpit.
It's tough enough to come to work every day and get screwed like we are, but to have management tell us to "carry on ops. normal, continue to move freight efficiently" is asking us to deny we are rewarding management for their rapacious behavior.
