If your profile is correct and you are currently a CRJ F.O. then it will be an uphill battle as the competition is more qualified. Still it's worth a shot. Many of the carriers mentioned require time on type as PIC or SIC. Some do not.

EK and EY are really only hiring guys with time in Airbus or Boeing products. Qatar Airways may be your best chance in the Middle East.

Talk to the pilot agencies about possibilites in Japan for someone with your experience. The Japanese have hired less experienced pilots in the past so it's possible they might still be doing so.

Cathay is worth a look long term, but they are currently not hiring. You would possible qualify for entry as a Second Officer.
