The way I understand it, Delta is already over the max number of 70+ seat aircraft. This mod gets the plane under 70 and would thus get around the language, wouldn't it? DALPA's Scope is for certificated seats not installed seats. There are also certain weight restrictions like for the EMB-175's(except Compass). The -700's are certificated at 70 seats. Actually there is room for more 70 seat a/c. Only the 76 seat a/c are maxed out.
