With upgrades at a standstill, senior FOs (who are most likley downgrades Captains too) should be compensated properly.
When we get our year of seniority back in March 2011, roughly half our FOs wll be topped out on the pay scale. And that's not counting the 150 downgraded captains back on FO pay either.
