Hence the profit. Reinstating compensation for the top tier is well deserved. Profit was achieved because of the decisions and managing of the company through these challenging times.

Managing a surplus of the IPA pilots has to happen too. The MOU is one strategy and I hope it works, but the fact of the matter is that if UPS can realize more money by furloughing, a furlough will have to happen.

Lets all hope for the best that nobody loses their job. But vilifying the very managers that make this place so profitable is probably not the best thing to do right now. As they say, the proof is in the pudding and mangers have been pulling their weight around here. Have you guys?
