While I agree a 360 seems an unusual choice, but we other pilots should be cautious about second guessing each other in a public forum. No need to give anyone else ammunition to take one of our bretheren down. The crew made a choice. We should give them the benefit of the doubt that they did what they thought was best. Since we have not heard of an accident, presumably they made an satisfactory (if not the best) decision.
