When us TWA guys had to start using the American call sign AA printed up thousand of "sticky notes" ! They were piled from floor to ceiling in ops.

On the top it stated: Use AA Call Sign! In the middle: "AMERICAN" Just below:
"_____________" where you'd write the flight number.

I grabbed enough of them that it lasted me till I retired in May 2007!
