I would like to move on the regionals some time but Im not sure what my next step should be. I dont have the multi time they want. I only have 12hrs. Im also not familiar with the airline enviroment. I graduated from a 141 course.. Do you have any suggestions. I could really use some advice. Unfortunatly I do not know many pilots.
Try to go the independent instructor route - when I worked as a CFI I was able to be independent and charge $35/hr for my time and the student paid the aircraft owner separately. I just had to bring in my own students.

Also - when you meet the 135 minimums look at applying for 135 cargo operators - they will hire with less multi time and you build valuable experience quickly. After a while flying Navajos, you should be very competitive with the regionals if they are hiring!

Good luck!
