A family friend of ours is a Pediatrician. She left to stay home with the kids for a few years. Now she wants back in and there are few jobs available. They pay about $95 per hour to be part of a multi-Doctor practice. I only make $10 /per hr less than her, right seat. I also sit reserve from home and work an average of 1-2 days a week with full $75 /hr guarantee. There are success stories in aviation, although I was on furlough for 4 years from 2002-2006! I still love it though---
