Anybody else receive a notice in the mail regarding a pass penalty? Evidently my companion last July 1, 2009 incurred this penalty when we were flying back from RSW-ATL-LEX. I didn't get one. The flight penalty was worth $150.00. Needless to say after contacting OH pass bureau, the rep stated this was during the travelnet change over and they have had numerous phone calls regarding this. If anybody else gets one they need to contact their respective airlines pass bureau and evidently through PFM and email/fax it will be credited.
