Everyone at Pinnacle including management, knows we need to hire. For better or worse, management is very, very conservative when it comes to spending money lately. There will need to be several months of steady increases in hours, or large attrition, for them to hire. According to several people involved in hiring, no money was budgeted for hiring this year.
