There will need to be several months of steady increases in hours, or large attrition, for them to hire. According to several people involved in hiring, no money was budgeted for hiring this year.
They dont need money to budget to hire, if they need to hire they will. That budgeting thing is a false rumor, think about it, have you ever heard of that before?
