Less hiring would not slow IOE...that doesn't make sense.

It takes about 3 weeks to get IOE right now (which is not really a bad thing...you get paid and have travel bennies).

According to the hiring manager, individual interviewing has slowed because the recruiting staff is very busy travelling to do group interviews. It will pick up again soon, they are still looking for pilots.
