Thanks, that's kind of what I was getting at. As long as the FO didn't do anything outside the confines of FAR's, company policy/procedures, safety, etc, there was NOTHING that could be done to the FO. Especially when it was noticed that the CA is a scab.

Where as under normal circumstances (you know, a non-scab CA), such action might attract the attention of pro standards and/or the CP.
