Flamebait??? Seriously? You had a UPS employee gripe about what the pilots are doing and ask why we deserved high salaries. A ridiculously long email whining about low beginning pay (fact of life), countless days away from home per month (max of 30, I assume), studying (oh no! Not studying for my job!), being exposed to diseases (huh???), actually having college degrees, and other annoyances doesn't do a good job of getting the point across about why we should be paid more. Neither does yet another email thumping one's own chest about how we're all heroes and should be treated accordingly. If someone's a hero, OTHER people should recognize it, not your own da*n self. Pointing out those two emails as ridiculous is hardly flamebait.
