There's a reason why a few years ago, Republic couldn't give its job away. It's because it's a terrible job to have. When the economy was booming, pilots were leaving Republic at a rate of 30/month. That's 360 pilots per year quitting.
Stop your bickering. You didn't have any issues accepting their job offer and had you paid attention to those leaving (ie yourself) it was due to attrition. Keep posting tiger
