So today JFK shut down 13R/31L? Wonder how long the international push is going to take with only 13L/31R ops.
It will probably take three hours, since we have to go back to the gate after 3 hours (the new passenger bill of rights).
They have already precanceled 7 flights for today out of JFK (that I can see) and the weather is beautiful.
