A number of things to consider:

1. The mgt bonus cannot be "yanked" from one segment of mgt.

2. The Dorsey case will have a lot to do with this situation.

3. We all know that an 18 or 20 year manager would not be
"tacked" to the bottom of the seniority list. There would
be all kinds of protections for both sides for some period
of time.

4. The flying age will be raised to age 65 very soon, so that
issue is not a "player".
