Okay, maybe not forced, but looking at some airline's pages, they seem to be saying that they want you to relocate to the base assigned. That seems like a lot to ask, am I understanding this correctly? One of them is American Eagle. I recall seeing a few others, but I don't remember for sure what ones they were. So my question is, do they really want you to move to where they assign you? They won't allow commuting?
