What is the average line value? I think that would paint a better picture. It seems that management prefers to run the reserve system tight. If line values are averaging over 85 and the bucket is being drained then I'd be inclined to agree about being short staffed.
Excellent point, thanks for the reminder. As I heard it said by someone else here before, we will not be considered short until ALL reserves are breaking guarantee, and the average line value hits the mid-90's.
