I got two questions.

One) I keep reading and hearing from FTs how horrible AA is.. many comments include "they've always been...." So why did ya'all elect to go there in the first place?

Two) Changing your mind is one thing. But a contract is there to protect both parties from "changing your mind" and to state what will happen regardless of changed situations, unless said changes are included in the contract (eg. hardships). If I agree to do a job, sign a contract, then "change my mind", guess who takes the fall for that?

I don't know how the Arbitrator will rule, and I feel for all sides of the issue - I hope it works out as best as it can for all involved, but certainly many things said don't make sense to me.
