Rhode Island ANG - UPT Application Seminar
The Rhode Island Air National Guard has a UPT hiring board this June, with applications due in May. The 143rd Airlift Wing flies C-130J Super Hercules in tactical airlift missions (NVG, airdrop, etc.).
We're hosting an open house for potential pilot applicants on April 10th, during our drill weekend. Even if you aren't considering applying this year but you think it's something you might be interested in sometime down the road, you're welcome to visit.
A few of our pilots will give an overview of the mission of the 143rd, and discuss the application, interview, commissioning, and training process involved with being a traditional Guard pilot. You'll have time to visit with current pilots and ask questions about how to stand out in the applicant pool.
