I've said it 20 times in here, the furloughs aren't coming back until line values exceed 90 hours and the reserves are being flown over block, is that really too big a concept for some of you to understand? It doesn't do any of the employees a favor by bringing back more pilots that aren't needed, it adds to our costs and makes us less competitive forcing us to 'loose' more flying resulting in even fewer jobs until the cycle continues to our demise. Whine all you want that I'm a 'management hack' or a 'line holder that doesn't care about the furloughs' but you're only making assumptions to make yourself feel better, more importantly what you assume isn't at all true. We're living in an adult world where every dollar counts, we're with a good company that is effectively using it's assets. If you had any business sense you would understand that. </rant>
Why be so condescending? No one is going to listen to you, much less understand what you have to say when you're calling them children or whiners and tell them they lack sense. Try offering constructive criticism and maybe you wouldn't have to </rant> at your coworkers who are just expressing their frustrations.
