This is true but often times ppl at Mesa leave in the first 2 months...It is kind of hard to justify 8K - 12K of training just to fly for 1 - 2 months. Those guys that make it a year at Mesa will gain upwards of 500 places on the global seniority. For a company with only 2000 pilots, that is pretty substantial.
