Seaport might be a little hard to get on with those hours. I am originally from Washington state and quickly found that there isn't much there. This is down the road as you need 135 mins (1200 hours) but I would look into Air Pac or AeroFlight out of Boeing Field. I tried to get on with them but they were not hiring when I applied last year.
