Here's an odd one for you Skywest guys......what does your FOM say about flashlights? I need to buy my brother a birthday present and he just started to fly for you. When I was at ACA/IDE (sighhhhh), we were required to carry a flashlight with two D cell batteries. I've since moved on and now carry a LED light that's just as bright and my flight bag seemingly lost half it's weight. So any requirement on the type of flashlight or just that you have to have one?
