The state of Ohio subsidizes PSA Airlines for every New Hire who is trained in OH. So training continues to be in DAY, though most flying has moved to CLT. The attrition rate is about 100/yr for FOs. For FA's... fuhgeddaboudit.
Perhaps mesa has a similar agreement with NM?
There is no training done in NM. You may be thinking about the flight school but that is not a direct connection to the airline. Other than they offer shortcutters who spend way to much money for flight training, interviews. They don't hire them all though.
