Sorry to be off topic.. Just to give you all an idea how screwed up the industry is right now!
I'm a furloughed ASA pilot.. got a job with Comair in customer service while furloughed, was promoted to performance lead, we became regional elite, and now just found out I am probably loosing job #2 through being laid off from regional elite possibly pulling out of our station.
I really hope this all turns around soon! Sorry just venting!
Keep your head up! KY unemployment from what I understand is pretty good, up to $418.00 wkly. This may be the time to investigate a back up plan. This will turn around, but when you see more folks defaulting on thier mortgage, I get concerned.Is the economy really turning around? If folks are losing thier homes, methinks flying is not on thier "to do" list.
