If someone flew from PHL to CUN without any lavs then they were A)a check airman B) a Management Brown-noser or C) A FOOL!!!.....that should never have happened.
Why would a check-airman accept it and not a regular line pilot? (was both during my career). Have things gotten that bad that a check airman will not exercise good judgment?
