Being internal does not equal automatic. Because you are "guaranteed" an interview if you meet the mins, I think they might even look at you with MORE scutiny...

However you get here--great people, great jets, some really hard trips and some cakewalks too. I can't imagine being happier flying anywhere else. Good luck!
