Just my opinion, I'd take it for now. FedEx will hire you if you're working for a regional. It will keep you current, and give you some options. Find the guys in your squadron who fly for FedEx or UPS and keep the networking going. At very worst case it will give you an interview experience just to make you that much better for where you want to fly.
