Hi, I have been wanting to get input on this for a while. From the people that have been through interviews successfully, what is HR looking for when they call you up on the phone and ask "why this airline" and questions similar to that. I'm trying to picture myself in their shoes because I'm sure they catch more crap than a toilet with that question. Thank for any input. Joe
