There is definitely a need on the bro fo side of things. For May SLC has 36 projected lines with 4 reserve lines, FAT has something like 65 lines with 3 reserve lines, there is almost no where system wide that has min res coverage on most days of the month. Reserves might no be breaking guarantee but we're getting damn close and screw support is being forced to do some creative tdy crap to cover the stuff they have. I was told by a lady at HDQ that had they known how many people were not going to return from VLA they would have run the new hire class of 16 that got cancelled. I really hope we see some movement, no one should ever have to be on 3rdyear Bro FO pay and still on reserve. 17K first year, 23K 2nd year, on track for 25 this year, I'd like to shove those numbers up Roger Cohens Ass when he quotes how muck regional pilots make.
