I was hired May 07... and their were two classes before me. According to APC the Jr CA on your lists were hired Jan 07. Even DOH doesn't put us after the most jr person on your list... most jr CA maybe. I don't know what the arbitrator will decide, but I wouldn't bet on DOH.
We did have some FO's that were furloughed from RAH that were called back. I hadn't heard of anyone going to RAH as a new hire (after they wanted a two year training contract?) but if they were hired I'm glad they found work.
Thank you. You pretty much beat me to it. How can they expect a Lynx or Midwest person to sign a two year contract as a new hire when you wouldn't have to via the SLI?? I'll wait and see what the arbitrator decides...I want the ability to bolt the minute I find something better.
