We all have the seniority list somewhere. Each and everyone of us still has a Comair email. Usually it is (first initial)(last name)@comair.com......So, we email a link to JetBlue's job page to all those middle of the road guys. Those upper 30s to 50y.o. that have been around for at least 10 years, and have all the requirements.

I'm a little older than your target group (56), and if I wasn't on ML JetBlue would have had my app 5 minutes ago.
BTW, our comair email is usually referred to as the 'spam box'. You know, the address you use so you don't get spam.
