I don't know anything about Sierra modded airplanes, and haven't flown a Citation 500.

That said, going from a Citation II with TRs to our CJ2+, I don't miss the reversers in day-to-day operations...although admittedly knowing they're there would give me warm fuzzies on short/contaminated runways.
