I find it amazing that so little people know about Comair's history, who JC Lawson is, etc. Do people still do research before going to work for a company? I guess the "being owned by DL means everything" marketing tactic worked on most people.
Not sure why you find it so amazing. I can honestly say I have better things to do than study airline history, read JC Lawson's biography and give a sh** about a company's marketing tactic. To be perfectly honest I chose Comair because their pay in the beginning was not bad and higher than the others, relatively speaking. I also had friends there.
