just curious, how many crews and planes will be base here in dtw for you guys. We have about 53 planes based in DTW on average. With Freedom leaving in August, its you guys, us, a small compass operation, a small chautauqua operation, a small mesaba 200 operation, a medium sized mesaba 900 operation and starting in july some asa 700's from time to time.
I have a funny feeling 9E is going to see a memo coming out shortly about a new base opening and another taking a huge hit... this will come down like a ton of bricks on a pilot group that has never seen a major base change... I heard DTW was gonna take a big hit in Sept anyway... I think JFK is gonna be a new 9E home.
