An RJ course might be SLIGHTLY beneficial during new-hire training if you are training on an RJ.

But there is no possible way in hell it is worth thousands of dollars...unless you are such a bad pilot that you need every possible advantage to survive airline training. If that's the case, you have no business in professional aviation anyway, go get a real job and fly ASEL on the weekends for fun...but be careful.
