I'd say you are about right. I would be applying (if I ever get off ML) and I am 56 with 13 years at OH. The big question is how deep will the hiring be? So far at DL it's only 240 jobs, and they still have people on bypass.
DL is 305, just this year, and plans to continue into next year.
