Regarding early class dates: What is the benefit here? Not sure why anyone would do anything to assist the company, when they won't go out of their way to assist the furloughees. Suddenly negotiations have stopped regarding a bypass LOA that would be beneficial to many of us who secured other work and can't up and leave at Comair's whim.

I know a few that have fallen into that loop hole including myself. Hopefully the company and the union will come to agreement though it does not look promising.
